Bob Chesworth worked for Jack Robinson in 1905, the JJ brand. He worked for Corbin in 1911 for the J7 located on Tongue River and he repped for many years for the cow outfits. He started his own ranch in 1918, located on Pumpkin Creek, his brand being the 4-S. He sold out in 1925 and started in the trucking business in 1926 in Miles City. He was undersheriff in January, 1939, under C. M. Allen. Mr. Chesworth married Lucille Daly and they lived on both homesteads, his and hers. They had two children John Melvin and Mildred Marie.
