Brian - Mr. Lathan definitely provides a treasure trove of quotable thoughts - but I'm afraid it's close but no cigar. The man I quoted (or close to it) above was definitely a CSA general. Just can't think of the name... It will come to me though - probably in the shower tomorrow morning.
