I was wondering if anyone had kids in Studio M Dance and if they could tell me if it is hard to get into the classes. My daughter has danced in Forsyth for the last 4 years and since we moved up here we would like to try Studio M so I won't have to drive to Forsyth and give my daughter more challenges. I called the number but noone has called me back. If anyone could help me with information and thoughts that would be great!

Studio M is actually in the midst of wrapping up their dance season, gymnastics is done this month (I think) and the dance classes have their final recital May 30th. Mila does offer an abbreviated schedule of classes for a few weeks in the summer, but the main classes won't start up again until next Fall. We haven't seen the summer schedule yet.

My daughter has been going to Studio M for three years now and really enjoys it. Miss Mila and her instructors are GREAT! You could stop by her shop and probably catch one of them, most of the classes are in the afternoon after school. In fact, my daughter's class is today. I'll mention to her that you were on here wondering about her program.

Thanks that would be awesome. I stopped there during the noon hour but I only saw a bunch of men doing training. I didn't want to bother.

If there had been a High School award for "Most likely to start their own cheerleader camp" Mila would have definitely won.

Would you happen to know when Studio M's dance recital is on the 30th? Thank you.

There are 2 performances. One at 2 and one at 6:30.
Theme this year is Broadway - going to be a lot of very cute dances!

Thank you, are all of the classes dancing in each performance? I am looking for my daughter's cheer pom group. She is 7 if it makes a difference on the time. I appreciate the info.

Travis, she will perform both times, it's the same show at each performance!

My daughter has expressed an interest to join a dance class.
Who should I contact for more information for possibly enrolling my daughter in a future class?
Or if anyone knows the answers to the following:
Minimum age (my daughter just turned 4 in April)?
Cost per month, week, semester, or however it's figured?
Items she will need for the class (i.e. clothing, etc)?
Thanks for the help!!!

Contact Mila Baker. She runs the studio. I think classes start at age 3. They were $30. per month this past year. Also, she usually runs some summer camps at the studio.
