As I've grown older, I've found,
that my body has gotten more round.
As I try it,
another new diet,
I always add another pound.

As I've grown older, I've found that my eyes don't see very well anymore. I can hardly move when I get out of bed, an I have CRS..."Can't remember sh*t".

As I've grown older, I've found...well, let's just say gravity is not my friend.

As I have grown older I have developed furniture disease... my chest has dropped into my drawers.

As I've grown older, I find that the earth's gravitational pull has increased yearly.

As I've grown older I've found that I no longer feel the need to impress others. My priorities are the care, health and safety of those I love. My heart aches more for those I don't know who are suffering pain and loss than it did when I was young. My need to help our world has increased. Plastic water bottles no longer exist in my life. Cloth bags are replacing plastic. The boundery between this world and the next seems so much thinner. My soul's health is as important as my body's.

I no longer need a sports bra. I just tuck them into my waist band. An added bonus is that method pulls the wrinkles right out of my face.

As I've grown older, I've come to appreciate this poem:

God, grant me the Senility to forget the people I never liked anyway, the good fortune to run into the ones I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference.

I recommend the Patrick McManus fitness test. You stand on your head, and if you suddenly can't see anything and have difficulty breathing, this means that your fat has fallen down and covered your head. If this happens then it's time to go on a diet.

I saw this on a marquee sign one time:

Middle age is when our broad minds and narrow hips trade places.

Hey brad! Long time no see. You used to hang out with my sister, Diana and her husband Steve. Do you still live near them?
