Hobo Stew ... there's a great idea for the transients in Billings! The taste of cheap hooch and feet isn't all that appetizing, though.

$6 for adults and $4 for children. A great price for a beef-vegetable stew, bread, pie and drinks. The youth dress up as "hobos" and serve on place mats of newspaper comics. The funds help pay for camps, food, mission trips and recreation.

Ah, many the stewed hobo I have eaten over the years. Served at them as a youth and now eat at them as a middle-aged type person. I have it on my calender.

I have considered putting together a history book on the hobo stew. There are some great stories and photos around; what do you think online community of Miles City?

I always love the hobo stew. I try to come early enough that I can choose my favorite pie and also listen to the Hobo tunes.
