For everyone who has posted on here about their memories of the Crossroads Inn, Lloyd Mackin was probably the man behind all of your wonderful times. He has passed away. My condolences to his family and especially his wife Francie.

Do you have information of where I can send Francie a card of condolences? I do not know where they are living....They sure knew how to run a hospitality business. Francie was an excellent cook. So many of us have wonderful memories of the Crossroads and Miles City Club.

I have a Crossroads Inn songbook at the office from the Mackin days. Ah, good times, when we had a supper club that was COOL! Remember the appetizer tray with (ugh) pickled herring in the center? I remember drinking Shirley Temples and my brothers had Roy Rogers. We have two wonderful old black and white photos from that era at Mom's house. I was a dork of the first water but the Crossroads was COOL!

I have very fond memories of the Crossroads. We had great Bobby Burns parties there.

They don't make them like that anymore.
