I think the difference was they want a place where there isn't going to be conflict. I agree that anyone could start new forums for recipes, etc. right here. It would be a nice change.

I'd probably double the garlic, but then again, I really like garlic...

Back to hallick's post: I would like to see something like a book/dvd/puzzle swap. Amorette (I think it was her) once mentioned a website she orders used books from at a very reasonable price. I wonder how many local people would like to swap back and forth, but don't want to or have time to go to a 2nd hand store to do so.

Bridgier,
You are really twisted. Your post is offensive. How long did it take you to find it to post on here? Maybe you could use your time for something positive for a while. Are you one of those people that someday will crack and those who know you will say....yeah. Should have seen it coming.

Kacey, why are you being such a cultural imperialist? Women the world over celebrate the the births of their new babies (and, I would assume, rectify their sudden iron deficit) with a communal meal. I'm sure it's quite beautiful, and probably goes well with fava beans & a nice chianti.

I've got a recipe for udder goulash as well, if anybody's interested...

(Step one - soak the udder in Nair...)
