The Rotary Club of Miles City has officially launched the inaugural 2008 Rubber Ducky Round-Up.

The Rotary Club of Miles City is working in union with City of Miles City to build the long awaited vandal resistant restroom with visitor information center at Riverside Park. This project is in accordance with the City's Master Plan and is anticipated to take two to three years to complete. With a projected cost of $250,000 we expect to raise grant matching funds for this T-CEP eligible Project.

Each year, about one third of our proceeds will be used for smaller Parks Improvement projects. We will announce the current year's project on Race Day.

We need to adopt out 5,000 ducks.

1 duck = $5
Family of 6 for $25
Big Quack of 12 - $50

Remember when, just a few years ago when a local official with the MDOT had a plan to place a interstate rest area/visitor center in Riverside park? The only obligation the city had was to agree to maintain it. It was shot down at that time. Wonder what will be different this time....

Unfortunately, that site is managed by the company we contracted for the race. I have found it nearly impossible to use effectively. I will get on them about it.

Also, I fixed the images not loading here for some users. Should get nice pictures now!

What time does the race start? It doesn't mention it in the ads I've seen.
