I traditionally attend this Pagan ritual where flames brighten the night sky. Family matters prevented my participation this year. I need an update as I can't wait until I return to MC for a report. Attendees please reply with details of fire, loin cloths and nude dancing, on this the longest night of the year.

Geez Tucker, there's one special night that we're supposed to be dancing nude in the full moon? No wonder the neighbors have been looking at me a little different these days! Next time, about letting us know ahead of time?

Happy Festivice, Tucker. Be careful when dancing nude that you do not get your Schweaty balls burned off.

The Gazette carried a story about the drumming ceremony for the winter solstice.

Hi Tucker,

A Grand Time was had by all. I didn't notice some of the dancing around the fire that you described. I must have spent too much time in the house. The bon fire was great and was still going strong when we left about 11:00 pm. You know, us 'old folks' couldn't stay out much longer. Hope you are having a Grand Time over the Holidays.

The Solstice sounded cool! My friend in Missoula is a Druid priest, hopefully I will get to go to the Solstice Celebration he has sometime! Glad to see something like this happening in MC.

Tucker,
The solstice party was excellent. The food and fire were amazing, and we all had fun hanging out, and playing music. We even had Kara distributing smores around the fire with true Kafe Utza finesse.

Some of us tried to educate the lady folk on the ritualistic nude dancing, but it was all in vain; maybe next year.

Thanks to Karen for being such an excellent hostess, the party was great.

Merry Solstice everyone!
