Sounds legit. https://www.nbcnewyork.co...-/4020657/

His name is Bryan Kohberger, 28 yrs old and one article says he has a PHD or is in that program, and is in some sort of Criminology study at WSU Pullman, Washington.

Bryan lived in Pullman, Washington, 15 miles from Moscow, Idaho. When he was arrested in Albrightsville, PA, he was living 20 miles south of Moscow, PA (on route 435).

If I was investigating this guy, I would try to find out how many other people he killed on his way to Pennsylvania.

First of all,I want to say that I'm glad that they caught this monster.
Apparently there was unknown DNA left at the crime scene. The suspect had never done anything to have had his DNA swabbed and entered into the national DNA database. However, apparently some if not all of these geneology sites that trace one's ancestory also share their data with law enforcement. All they have to do is look up the sample dna and if anyone, however remotely related to said sample has utilized the company then they can start tracing family trees. When one signs up with these companies,I wonder if they inform a person who all gets to see your data.
