Doonesbury, as always, nails it. And if you can't explain it, it's because you can't admit it's true. Gun manufacturers sell assault rifles as "man cards" for basement dwelling incels who have failed at life so they decide taking another life makes up for it.

Felix, I have been on a drug called Zoloft for thirty plus years. Sertraline is used to treat depression, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety disorder (social phobia). I am a Vietnam veteran I suffered from PTSD, agoraphobia, and panic disorder.

That said, It allows me to leave the house, meet people and have friends. In short it allows me to be normal. Without it I can't function in normal society. If you think that people with disorders are somehow less intelligent or people that you can condescend to you are certainly a much bigger tool than you sound like in your posts.

I have known the Allisons for twenty years. I don't know whether they "are on" medication or not. What I know is that they are an asset to the community and are capable of critical thinking and rational thought. I suspect that you are a God, guns and guts macho tit and could do with a little less linear thinking and might just benefit from a visit to a shrink yourself. BTW that cartoon is spot on

Amorette, I know that you are capable of holding your own but twats like Felix just get up my nose.

Notice the gun nut can't figure out which is my given name and which is my surname. On Prozac for 30 years plus in therapy on-and-off and PROUD OF IT. I also wear corrective lenses, have had cataract surgery and implants for my glaucoma, have had two colonoscopies -- both clear -- take meds for high blood pressure and statins for cholesterol and have dense breast tissue which makes mammograms a hoot. Any further questions about my health I would be happy to answer.

Except for the dense breast tissue, I have all that happy stuff, and I'm one up on you with my prostate removal. As a wise Frenchman once said, "Vive la différence".
