RIP
She was truly a grand lady with a heart and mind to match. (even if she did throw popcorn at me during the Film Festivals.)

Jeri was a wonderful person. I will miss her very much and I know I am not alone in feeling that way.

This is truly sad news. Jeri was such a kind, interesting, and well read person. I only had the pleasure of talking with her in person one time, but you could easily tell she was a top-shelf special person. I'm better for having made her acquaintance. Rest In Peace.

This is from the 1954 Billings Senior High School "Kyote" yearbook. I think it describes Jeri very well.

Another person I met on MC.com that passed before I got to meet in person - she was a great person to interact with here and other places online, always kind and caring - she will be greatly missed by everyone.

Ditto with what Bridgier said. I thoroughly enjoyed Jeri's posts over the years. I know she was a friend of my mother, who sends her condolences.

Jeri was one-of-a-kind and I will miss her immensely. She had such enthusiasm for everything and, regardless of what endeavor you were contemplating, would be supportive and positive--including doing any research that might be helpful. Jeri was always thinking of others.

Sorry to hear this. We use to interact at local auctions. We'd even sometimes decide who was going to bid, when we both wanted an item, and there was more than one. Didn't want to be bidding against each other. Where did this happen? I have not seen any local notice, and we don't do facebook.

I was told that Jeri passed away early Saturday morning (7/9) at St. Vincent Hospital in Billings. She had been in the hospital for a little over a month, in and out of the ICU after having had emergency surgery. I believe she would have turned 86 next month.

I've been told there will eventually be a memorial service, but there is nothing planned yet that I know of.
