I see they are remodeling the Unique Creations building on South Haynes Avenue. Does anyone know for sure what is going in there? I have heard from several people that the building had been bought by a KFC Franchise and that they are remodeling it into a KFC.

Yes there is a sign out in the corner of the lot that says KFC and A&W coming soon

Sign says future home of KFC/A & W, so I would say rumors are true.

First the Bean Bag for movie treats,then hit the A&W for a mama burger,fries and a large frosty mug of root beer.Then head out to the drive-in....

I see the drawing has a drive-through window that is was not pot into the building. With the lack of windows and no drive-through, I am just a little disappointed.

Not sure about the drawing but there is a drive through. Not sure if it's a good idea for a drive through in that location
