Carrots and Ostriches According to Jobie

I have had a bit (actually, more than a bit) of extra time to contemplate things lately due to our challenging weather (my shelter being the safest place to be). I do believe that the carrot and the ostrich have a great deal in common. For both, the "head" (large round part) is most frequently found in the ground and the "tail" (ruffled part) is above. On the other hand, from my experience, carrots seldom lay eggs and I have never tasted an ostrich (nor do I plan to since I am a vegetarian). I am quite content to munch on carrots! Perhaps, we've just had too much rain and mud. Things will no doubt be clearer when we get some sunshine again!

Love,
Jobie
