What happened to free speech in public spaces which are already taxpayer supported? I think Trump the Dictator doesn't like The Resistance and all the womens' marches!

Trump, my a**.

Bureaucracy run amok.

The National Park Service charges ever increasing "user fees" on everybody. You should be well aware NPS just upped the National Park entry fee on old people from $20 bucks to $80

$80 for a LIFETIME pass good from age 62 until you die. You can buy an annual "senior pass" for $20 and trade in 4 annual senior passes for a lifetime pass which means you can spread out paying for your lifetime pass over 4 years.

Are you really that hard up, OJ?

The Golden Age Passport (phased out in 2007) was a LIFETIME pass, which I believe was $20 or less. The ones that were issued are still valid. The Senior Pass was a LIFETIME pass for $10 (starting in 1994). Also still valid.

Not hard up, Mr. Schott, just not a fool. I bought mine BEFORE the price increase kicked in.

As for the requisite insult, are you that mentally deficient as to NOT see what went on with this?

The Senior Pass is still a LIFETIME pass. If you buy it at age 62 and use it every year for 10 years that is $8/year to visit more than 2,000 national parks and sites.

$10 for that same thing was an INSANELY LOW price.

You may not be that hard up, OJ, but you are surely that cheap.

It's a gouge any way you look at it David and it's indefensible. I doubt the 50% of the US senior population living at poverty level consider $10 an "insanely low" price on anything.

But you have to put grain in the bottom of the bucket so the rats lose their footing and cannot jump out of the bucket.I noticed that has already been done some time ago.

Yeah. Because the Democrats have done such a good job with the "War on Poverty" and looting Social Security.
