I don't think Trump is upset because he got caught having some "stormy sex". I think he is upset because he got caught paying a vendor.

Maybe Stormy Daniels (and her lawyer) read Trump's book, "The Art of the Deal." It's a beautiful and poetic kind of karmic justice that a porn star is beating a guy like Trump on the art-of-the-deal!

https://www.creators.com/...ow-to-deal

What I don't understand is why Trump settled with Stormy -- apparently he was worried about his reputation. What reputation? Trump's porn-star payoff was made by the same guy who on January 23, 2016, as a presidential candidate in Iowa, stated during a campaign rally: "I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose voters." Anyway, for those interested, Stormy will be on 60 Minutes this Sunday.

https://www.snopes.com/fa...e-comment/

This video explains the campaign finance illegalities involved in paying hush money to a porn star a few weeks before a presidential election. What is also particularly ironic (but in character) is Trump even tried to financially stiff his lawyer after his lawyer made the payoff out of his own funds.

Oh no, Stormy! Oops, I mean, Snowy! In my humble opinion, this is not an impeachable offense. Why? Because I'm having too much fun laughing my head off. And, oh goody, I can't wait to see the photos Stormy has. Yipee!

Of course, I doubt the parents in this country, or the teachers of the children & teenagers in this country are having laughing (too much, at least in their classrooms) -- especially now that Trump's Department of Education has just published its "Abstinence Only Sex Education" pamphlet for students. I guess the lesson plans will be something like: Now kids do what President Trump's abstinence only pamphlet says and definitely do not what President Trump does! And, I think the teachers will probably add the word "hypocrite" to their next spelling tests.

Stay tuned. AND PLEASE STOP LAUGHING, AMERICA!

Oh yes, and by the way, Bill Clinton was not a hero of mine -- not after the Monica Lewinsky escapade. However, Snowy, I bet you were laughing back then.

Actually Stormy MCD
During the Clinton escapade, I thought it was a must see for the "not voting yet generation" to learn about the process of how our government worked.
And being a Clinton, what on gods green earth would Hillary even be close too President material.
Never thought Trump would beat the field in Republican Primary either. Our country is screaming for change. And well, let's see where it goes. So far the DUDE is out there and he ain't playing games..
Anybody with a ear could tell SCREAMING HILLARY was full of hostility, false pride, and acting as the only worthy.
Thank god,,,nothing would be left of this country with 16 years of OBAMA-CLINTON

You might try getting out and listening, Trump ain't great but his name comes up as a POSITIVE more times than not.

Really? Maybe on Fox News, but I don't know anyone, anyone, who has anything positive to say about Trump. Men, women, Republicans, Democrats, professionals, blue collar, etc. The only thing my Republican friends have to say about Trump (which you parrot constantly) is, "Well, he ain't Hillary." I don't regard that as being positive.

Whoa! This is more than an alleged affair and hush money. Today, Stormy's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, said that Stormy was threatened with physical harm.

"Avenatti said details of the threat, and the alleged affair that Clifford has said took place in 2006 and 2007, would be made public in an interview on CBS’s 60 Minutes on 25 March."

We know the real hush money paid to Stormy was not "alleged."

As usual, Snowy's grammar was incorrect, and he forgot to punctuate his sentence correctly -- however, one thing, Snowy, got absolutely correct is that his sentence is a textbook example of a written form of sexual harassment.

So, Snowy, thanks for showing everyone on milescity.com and cyberspace a textbook example of sexual harassment. Snowy, I would also like to suggest that you may want to check the Montana Code Annotated before you post any more foul and vile comments directed to me, or about me on this website.

And, Snowy, in the meantime, if you'd like to listen to another textbook example of sexual harassment and assault as experienced by another woman, I suggest you listen to the following segment which aired on NPR's "Living on Earth" last night. The segment is called: "Sexual Misconduct in the U.S. Forest Service - One Woman's Story."

In addition to Trump's legal problems with the porn star, Stormy Daniels, it should be noted that today (March 20, 2018) Trump lost his bid to dismiss a defamation lawsuit brought by Ms. Summer Zervos, a woman who alleges Trump sexually harassed her.

Ms. Zervos claims Trump kissed her and groped her breast when she was seeking work opportunities. She sued Trump for defamation last year after Trump insisted her allegations were false. Today the judge ruled in Ms. Zervos favor and her lawsuit will now proceed.

What a role model Trump is! Stay tuned!

Trump may have denied knowing about the $130,000 hush money his lawyer paid to Stormy Daniels; however, here's what Stormy Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, tweeted about Trump's disavowal:

"We very much look forward to testing the truthfulness of Mr. Trump's feigned lack of knowledge concerning the $130k payment as stated on Air Force One. As history teaches us, it is one thing to deceive the press and quite another to do so under oath."

Additionally, before you believe anything Trump has to say, check out this list of lies, compiled by reporters and fact checkers at the New York Times. It's a list of lies Trump has told in his presidency compared to President Obama. Also note that "in his first 10 months, Trump told nearly six times as many falsehoods as Obama did during his entire presidency." Also, note that this list is out of date, as it only includes lies told through November 11, 2017.

https://www.nytimes.com/i...worse.html

So, who are you going to believe -- the president and his lawyer, or the porn star and her lawyer? And, more importantly, why are we even having to ask this question? Or, having to answer it?

So, the question of the day is: Does the attorney-client privilege protect a lawyer who is involved in criminal activities on behalf of his/her client?

It's time to learn about "The Crime-Fraud Exception to the Attorney-Client Privilege: Not all attorney-client communications are privileged."

"The attorney-client privilege protects most communications between clients and their lawyers. But, according to the crime-fraud exception to the privilege, a client’s communication to his/her attorney isn’t privileged if he/she made it with the intention of committing or covering up a crime or fraud."

https://www.nolo.com/lega...ilege.html

Also, attorney misconduct includes:

"Rule 8.4 of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct contains the following statements on attorney misconduct:

It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to:

(a) Violate or attempt to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assist or induce another to do so, or do so through the acts of another;

(b) Commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects;

(c) Engage in conduct involving dishonesty, Fraud, deceit or misrepresentation;

(d) Engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice;

(e) State or imply an ability to influence improperly a government agency or official;

(f) Knowingly assist a judge or judicial officer in conduct that is a violation of applicable rules of judicial conduct or other law."

Stormy is now suing Trump for defamation!

"The porn actress alleging an affair with President Donald Trump is escalating her legal fight, suing the president for defamation.

Stormy Daniels filed the complaint in federal court in New York on Monday. At issue is a tweet Trump made in which he dismissed a composite sketch that Daniels says depicted a man who threatened her in 2011 to stay quiet about her alleged sexual encounter with Trump.

In the tweet earlier in April, Trump said: 'A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!'

The filing says the tweet was 'false and defamatory,' arguing that Trump was speaking about Daniels and that he 'knew that his false, disparaging statement would be read by people around the world, as well as widely reported.' It also says Daniels has been 'exposed to death threats and other threats of physical violence.'"

Well, once again (and not surprisingly), Trump's story has changed -- as explained by Trump's latest, newest and, I assume, his best ever, new defense lawyer, Rudy Giuliani.

So, as I understand the newest version of this story and despite his previous denials, Trump did paid back the $130,000 his previous lawyer paid Stormy Daniels as hush money for an affair Trump had with Stormy around the time Melania had given birth to their son. Stormy's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, explains that this admission still does not bring Trump out of the legal problems involving this payment.
