People who wish to VOTE THEIR INTELLECT
Posted by Rob Shipley (+471) 6 years ago
Just called Linda Corbett, the Clerk and Recorder.
She told me:
1. Voter turnout is going to be big. They have already received a great deal.
2. No votes will be lost with the PO trucking them to Billings to be sorted mechanically and then trucked back to Miles City for delivery to the courthouse possibly AFTER the 2000 deadline Tuesday the 7th.
3. We do NOT have to mail our votes; they can be dropped off at the courthouse and save the 49 cent stamps.
4. Postmaster at the PO decently separates all Miles City ballots and thereby deters the trucking to Billings ordeal.

Please, all thinking persons who select to vote for me, mail in or take your ballots to the courthouse before 1700 Friday the 3rd of November.

Anyone else who has made the very poor selection to vote for any of the three (3) opponents who have absolutely no chance of winning and have never seen the ball since the kickoff, please procrastinate and do not mail in or deliver your votes to the courthouse until Wednesday the 8th of November.

Thank you sincerely,

Rob, It is good to see you back on MC dot Com. I hope you Manage to stay for a while. However, it seems that you can be a tad self destructive. If memory serves you are given to over posting, self aggrandizing and overzealous replies, if you don't care for someones comment.

I'm just saying, Don't cut your visit short. Good luck and remember, It is easy to wreck your expectations on the rocky shores of disappointment.

Tucker Bolton,
OK. Thank you for sage advice. I gained the webmaster's approval; perhaps I have overdone this new affair a bit?
Bottom line, I wish to makes as many friends here in .com as possible.
And for all the right reasons :
1. I will be elected by a very wide margin and that will fulfill why I have knocked on well over 2,500 doors and bought the $600 + STAR ads, etc.
2. I will never treat anyone as mere "constituents"........I want to be re-elected, sure, but I will have my HEART in treating everyone right...........
and.........I want everyone to always KNOW.....always KNOW.......I won this election to become everyone's................. truest public servant.
3. My wonderful parents loved Miles City and taught me to as well. They owned a lot of property here and paid well over $1,000,000 in property taxes from 1945 through 1997.
4. They both served Miles city well: a. Dad was a Fish and Game Commissioner b. Mom was the state president of AAUW, American Association of University Women.

******* Ten (10) days ago I bought a new ball cap at Stiches on Main Street across from the Carnegie Public Library ********

Y O U R
City Judge

and I mean this with all of my heart and mind.

The good people of Miles City, even those who did not or will not vote for me, will be paying my salary in City Hall to run it (expertly) it is YOUR City Court that all of you own and is not owned by the "Good Ol' Boys Club".......and I will reward each of you for each of your tax dollars operating it BETTER than it has ever been operated for forty ( 40 ) years.

Thank you, sincerely,

"Shipley admitted that he wrote and sent an e-mail last June to employees at Quantum Financial Solutions in Colorado in which he complained about Quantum's handling of his case and threatened to get a baseball bat or club and beat in the head of the IRS officer assigned to the matter.

But he never intended to communicate a threat or to harm the officer and was ashamed of the language he used, Shipley said. In the e-mail, he referred to Sandra Welch, the IRS officer, as "superbitch Welch."

Most certainly someone we want as a judge...

David Schott,
I am going to be a "departure" from City Hall's "Good Ol' Boys Club" for certain.
May or may not wear the black robe all the time.
I have spent my entire life being dressed up.....nice white shirts, ironed and clean, 501 Levis and boots.
Have several suits and nice ties, da, da, da,.
Not a "clothes hog" per se.
Will be enjoying joining Helena's J P Mike Swingley, Glendive's Kerry Burman, Forsyth's City Judge and others at the biennial training sessions in Helena from the Supreme Court.
Doubt if any of them will object how I run the City Court in Miles City.

There WILL be a much greater number of Dismissals than there ever was before. This American Navy veteran is not ever impressed with the 100,000 laws in our USA; especially the way the MCPD hands them out like Gold Bond Stamps.

VOTE for Rob Shipley: VOTE your checkbook and VORE for your freedoms.

Thank you, one and all, sincerely,

About my ball cap logos.
The new one............YOUR City Judge........means exactly that.
I have never accumulated over 16,000 hours of ONLINE study of law since 2000 just to be a smug, aloof idiot.
My mom had her master's degree. She taught in the Colstrip high school, a year in Dodson's high school, at Hardin one ( 1 ) year also. She also taught several years in SHHS (Sacred Heart) and eleven (11) years at CCHS (Custer). When she retired per se in 1973 she DID NOT take a Montana Teacher Retirement (after three (3) operations on her hip).......she had enough money and did not want to become a burden on MTA which she loved even though she always paid her annual dues.
She also taught at McTavish Business Institute in Edmonton when Ship was a Northwest Airlines captain assigned there and they lived in the posh MacDonald Hotel during WWII (1943 and '44).
Ship taught over fifty (50) people to fly from Miles City's airport. He also set up various good people in business (W and S Propane ) in Ekalaka, Broadus, Roundup, Terry, and Glendive.
Soooooooooooooooooo, to me, it is my turn to really do something for my hometown that I love. Anyone can ask me anything about law, except cases that are pending before the City Court which belongs to all of you. {{ This would be ex parte communication which is forbidden in American justice }}

I will become YOUR City Judge as very soon as you good people elect me November 7th.

Thank you, sincerely,

Big Sky Guy,
I was acquitted of the charge. The government (IRS) wasted over $150,000 trying to get me a five (5) year prison sentence, and failed.
The IRS agent, Sandra Welch, was CAUGHT lying under oath to both Magistrate Judge CAROLYN S. OSTBY and Chief Federal Judge RICHARD F. CEBULL.
A U. S. Marshall answered my attorney's question under oath in cross examination and his answer proved to Judge Cebull he HAD BEEN LIED TO.

This is all the truth. It is everyone's right under FOIA, Freedom of Information Act, to check it all at the James F. Battin federal courthouse in Billings.

Thank you very much. This was in 2008, fully nine (9) years ago, may we all allow this to die the crooked government death that it must ?

Acquitted means in law.........." Like it never happened."

Gentlepersons of Miles City,
GOOGLE when you wish, "The Law of Void Orders".
Seemingly unbelievable but absolutely true, all constitutional courts in the USA are ordained and established to be operated perfectly. That is why there is the HUGE area of law known as "Law of Void Orders".
When a court order is VOID, it is treated in the Record as if the crime for which it resulted in any prosecution at any level in law as if it never happened.
Eighty-five percent (85%) of all court orders are null and void.
There is always some flaw in them that makes them so.
As soon as I am able in the City Court I am going to ask my clerks to busy themselves locating pending orders that are flawed, thereby NULL and VOID, and dismiss the phony baloney charges against whomever is being held accountable.
This will become my power as the senior officer of the court.

***** All courts in the USA are CONSTITUTIONAL courts*******

Thank you.

I wish to SERVE as properly and lawfully as I must.
Thank you.

And should Rob happen to win, it's going to say a lot about the didn't-get-off-my-ass-to-vote intellect as well. By now, we should be tires of being ruled by those lazy-assed individuals who fail to serve their country and city by not voting.

The Shipley Dawg: We put a weiner on a bun and load EVERYTHING we can get on the outside! You'll need an ordinance and a shovel to finish "cleaning" up this one. It also "Mows" down the competition! Stop in today!

*- 1/10th of 1 cent of each Shipley sold will be donated to the candidate.

Richard Bonine wrote three (3) days ago about the apathy of the American voter. I am quite sure most of us agree. It is a very disquieting thing for certain. How many of the 8,800 people living in Miles City are registered voters?
4,000? 3,500? 3,000?
Will at least 2,000 of these good people actually vote? I venture the voter turnout will not exceed 1,500.
Let's enjoy crunching these numbers here, ok?
1. 1500 Miles City voters actually do vote
2. 150 of these do not like me nor my family or for any other reasons connected with my several screw-ups from years ago. ( 1500 minus 150 = = 1350)
3. Mr. Stein does receive 250 votes from people who know him and like him for the avowed Christian he claims, and, that I know him to be. He very probably will not receive many votes at all owing he lacks so severely any legal training whatsoever. If he did own such attribute, he surely never would have left any of it undisclosed these last seven (7) months. ( 1350 minus 250 = = 1,100)
4. Are the half a dozen yard signs and his overall bad reputation , plus the Barney Hofer dog ordeal that he still will ***NEVER **** admit to, and never apologize for......will this be ever enough for these remaining 1,100 good, S M A R T people, for half of them to vote for him? Five hundred fifty (550) Miles City people will be swayed to want Scott Zeitner operating the City Court that BELONGS to the people and does not ever belong to "The Good Ol' Boys Club" downtown.....?????
I very seriously doubt this point. Very seriously indeed.
A. Do I believe more than 750 of the 1500 voters will graciously accept and vote for me? Absolutely.
B. Of the 1500 and more voters I have visited with, face to face, at their front doors, the acceptance of me and my facts has been around ninety percent (90%) on both the North side of Miles City as well as the South side. Only 88 have actually told me they were going to vote for me. 88 seems a small percentage of these 1500+. But, I never did ask them if they thought they'd vote for me, they just offered their pleasing thoughts to me of their good intentions.
C. Four (4), two (2) women and two (2) men, told me they did not appreciate my knocking at their door as I did. 4 over 1500 equals less than 1/3 of 1%. I am very seriously comfortable that I have never also offended probably more than ten percent (10%) of the actual 1,500 voting.

My hope is that you SMART people using milescity.com will best enjoy my asking any of you and each of you to tell me, actually write to me, what you think needs improvement in YOUR City Court.

Again for the Record, anyone can call me or email me anytime 24/7/365.
I will actually BE your elected servant next week.

[email protected]

Thank you.

Just received a phone call. Anonymous of course. "Shipley, give up, you never had a chance" clink.
One lone fool ,not having enough brains or guts to identity themselves.
Duh?

It is an absolute certainty I will never succumb to any weak, weird, gutless wonder threats the rest of my life.

For anyone who does not like me and will not vote for me. This settles fine with me. When I am running the City Court......*Y O U R*........City Court and never claiming it to be "my" court, everyone will each be treated fairly and impartially before the law as was the intention of the Founding Fathers who birthed this greatest nation on Earth.

Frank Hardy,

Your Shipley Dawg is fine with me. As a matter of fact I love hotdogs and believe if Hitler, the world's most ignorant idiot, would have had either pizza or hotdogs he would not have lost WWII.

Sung to the Brady Bunch Theme Song:

Here’s the story of a guy named Shipley
Who was busy with 3 crimes of his own
From littering around the house, to not mowing
He was very well known around the town.

It’s the story of a guy named SZ
Who rode about the town upon his hog
He was winning in the race to be the judge
Until that day that we found out about the dog.

It was a dark night that SZ killed the puppy
With a shotgun blast he blew that pup to sand
He won’t post about it now on MC.com
We’ll read about it until Ship gets rebanned

How will we judge? Who to vote for judge?
That’s the way Kenneth Stein became the judge.
