The Miles City Youth Baseball Association will begin its annual Christmas tree sale on Monday Dec. 5. This year the trees will be located in the former DeLuxe Motors quonset hut east of town on Highway 10.

I clearly remembering standing on the dirt floor of this quonset hut freezing while my father chatted away with folks about the merits of various trees.

I always thought that Quonset hut was where Violet Beauregarde's father once had his used car dealership.

At least the quonset hut provided a little shelter from the wind and precipitation.

I thought it was at DeLuxe, to the right of the carport awnings. (Grandpa Fritz was a Ford mechanic at Love Motors before becoming a machinist for Hines. He drove MoPars (Chrysler products))

What ever happened to Dibble Buick on 7th street. Never hear anything about that one, I believe Pam Tuckers dad worked there.
