It is going to be hard for bored teenagers to whine this weekend.

1) Cowtown Cook-off at Riverside Park Friday and Saturday.
2) Pioneer Day the Range Riders Museum on Sunday also with free food and demonstrations.
3) Miles City Spirit of the West Derby and Horse Show at the Agri-Sports Center at the Fairgrounds.
4) Ranch Rodeo at the Fairgrounds in the main arena with all women on Friday and mixed groups on Saturday.
5) Quigley Black Powder Shoot in Forsyth Saturday and Sunday.

Something that might actually appeal to teens?

That's the joke. Teens want the dog and pony show--complete with rock and roll and the other accoutrements--to come to their basement. They don't want to go out or do anything. If I had ever been foolish enough to complain about boredom, I had to clean the basement.

And what about the teens who are not interested in the cowboy thing? I'm sure there are some.
