Online giving is 12 am to 11:59 pm on May 3rd only by going to MTGives.org and clicking on Miles City.

Come check out the specials at the Donor Lounges and take a moment to find out about a nonprofit group that you may not have heard of!

Due to a nationwide issue with Kimbia who has sponsored the nationwide Give Local platform, the MTGives site is affected and donations are being directed to the individual websites capable of taking donations. Should your organization not have online capability, please visit mtcf.org/Giving/Give-Now and choose "Give Now" link and type in the nonprofit of your choice. You may also bring a checkbook to Rib N Chop or Montana Bar/Tubbs Pub and we can assist you with the donation process. Thank you for your support!

From Montana Community Foundation who is sponsoring the MTGives.org site:

We sincerely apologize to donors, nonprofts, sponsors and community conveners who participated in or attempted to participate in #MTGives today and experienced technical issues.

Beginning around 8:15 a.m. today, Kimbia, the give local online-platform provider and organizer of Give Local America, began experiencing technical difficulties due to the high levels of online traffic. These issues not only affected the MTGives website and all the give local websites in Montana, but every give local website across the entire country.

While Kimbia has and continues to work to resolve these issues, the ultimate and unfortunate result is that many people who have tried and may continue to try and make online donations are unable to do so. We can assure you all donations that were processed were done so securely. If anyone believes there is an error with a donation they made, we are more than happy to investigate and take proper action to resolve any problems.

We strongly encourage anyone who was unable to make an online donation through the MTGives.org website to instead make a donation directly to the nonprofit or nonprofits they wish to support. If that organization does not have online donation capability, we will accept donations on their behalf and ensure the funds are distributed to them. To do this, visit https://www.mtcf.org/Giving/Give-Now, choose the “Give Now” link, and type in the nonprofit of your choice.

Again, we sincerely apologize and thank you for your support of philanthropy in your local community and in Montana.
