Interesting. Intellectually I understand and agree with much of what Cooper says. But at the same time having been born & raised in the West makes it difficult to accept much of what he says.

Yeah. The debates / arguments here used to be more interesting and complex. But everything changes – maybe things will calm down one of these days and we can hold discussions/arguments again with people getting their feelings hurt.

Or, maybe not.

I found it funny & sad at the same time that the Dislike button Larry installed was upsetting people.

Right now it seems that the whole country is on edge and in a foul mood. People are just looking for any excuse to go CAPSLOCK. It’s no fun to troll folks anymore; they’ll bite on anything.

But it is an interesting article - topic of public lands will likely always be a topical one.

I’m always reminded of Laura Ingalls Wilder when it comes to discussions of government and public lands.
