Horseman's park arena info?

I am wondering about the horseman's park arena, I believe that's what it is called. The one across from the fairgrounds kind of behind BLM. I heard that you can go ride in the arena free of use? I would like to use the arena but I don't want to haul my horse in and go ride in it until I find out for sure from a reliable source the details on this, permissions etc. Thanks for any info!

I believe it's free, we own the yard's right next to it. It sure gets used a lot.

Thanks! I've heard from others since posting this that it is free for public use, just have to clean up after yourself!

if it behind BLM that is the MCC rodeo arena, if it is behind the Range Riders museum it is Horseman Park.

The arena behind the Range Riders Museum and has the entrance on the street that goes to the Art & Heritage Center is the Sage Riders arena. One must be a member of the Sage Riders organization to use the arena.

The arena that is behind the BLM - to the west of the Region 7 Fish & Wildlife offices and has the entrance off of Business Route I-94 is the MCC arena.

The arena that J_0522 is referring to is indeed Horseman's Park. It is free to the public to use - one must clean up after yourself/horse. The entrance is in the curve of Garryowen Street, on the southwest corner of the Fairgrounds.

Yes you can use Horseman's part to ride in for free any time you want to as long as there is not a event going on in there.it would be nice if the last one that is riding in there for the day would move the barrels to the side so when we go to work it we wouldnt have to do that;
