A copy of the Life and Adventures of Calamity Jane is now back online here. You can find it at:

It is a letter written by Marthy Cannary Burk, a/k/a "Calamity Jane", that was later made into a booklet. She spent time in the area, and mentions Miles City in it. There are only a couple copies of the booklet still in existence.
