Anyone ever attended this? I was doing the 25 years ago and came across the first one, which really was intended to be a once-off joke and here we are and it's still going strong.

You bet, we've attended more than once. Lots to see and fun to watch the people. Nice they have been able to keep it going and fund viable projects from the proceeds.

Yup, it's a nice little event. One time the sheep got halfway down the street, changed their collective minds and turned around. It was hilarious.

We were at the first in in 89. There were over 10,000 people there. There were cars lined up on both sides of the interstate. It was elbow to elbow people! They had some kind of mishap with the sheep and only about 50 of them ran through town. It was pretty neat to have been there to the first one!

We went in 2010. It was great! Lots of friendly people, venders, good food and fun. The sheep stalled out half way down, when a ladies little dog ran out to herd, too. LOL
