Cowboy Cards

The football players are out selling Cowboy Cards. It is a great fund raiser for our program and others within the school. Thank you for your support.

Does anyone have a list of perks that the Cowboy Card will be providing?

I was told that Taco Johns last day for Cowboy cards is Aug. 30th and that they are not on the new one. I was also told that Subway did not participate as well.

I am interested in buying one, but I would like to know who is on it this year.

For the most part the only two places I ever used mine was Taco Johns or Subway. I am a little put out that they are not participating.

Cards will be sold by students until Friday. If you need one after that you can buy one from a student if you give me an address. You can buy them at the high school or M & H.

Yea, I second the comment about missing Taco Johns. I am starting to get real disappointed in them lately. Taco Shells seem smaller, and most of the time the soft shell taco's seem quite empty. I have been eating there since the 70's when it was just a metal building with a front glass window and a walk in door on both sides. Seems portions go down in order for them to keep a reasonable price point. I guess that is business though.

Last couple of times I ate there they charged me 1.00 for a medium water and one time they charged me 2.20 for a large water. I would order something else to drink except I need a sugar free option. No caffeine, no carbonation and sugar free doc says. I like their Chicken Burrito's but a couple of them every once in a while is enough.

I am suprised to see Subway on the list as I was told that an employee told me brother in-law that they were not going to be on it. Subway alone would get me to buy the card. Well actually just the thought of supporting the cowboys has had me buying them every since they started. Some times I have bought up to 10 just to give away to friends.

Only question I have is will the cards still be availible from M & H next month.

The cards are $20 this year and, I think, worth it just for the simple fact that it helps the kids whether you use it or not.

The Taco Johns Owner chose not to participate ths year. If you go on the web-site at the top of the card there are some pretty good deals. The savings will give cash back to you or give a % to the school.

Thank you to everyone for supporting our Cowboy Card sales. We raised around $17,000 for our football program and other programs within the school. We still have some cards; you can purchase them from one of our students or at the high school office. There will also be a table set up at the home football games.

Check out the web-site at the top of the card. You can set up an account and you or the school will get cash back if you use the webpage.

If you leave a message at 234-4236 a football player will bring the cards to your house for you to purchase.
