I'm no good at embedding links, but the extra 2 seconds it takes to copy and paste this into your browser will be time well spent.

Maybe all the underground tunneling that the gov is doing right under the humans feet, think about all the land that is "protected" in this state and bordering states. This underground system supposedly runs all around the united states.Get informed or continue to be deceived.

I believe our government has moments of incredible stupidity, but even they aren't stupid enough to tunnel through a super volcano.

Just read the directions on how to post a link. You simply type url before and after the link using [] around the first and [/] around the second.

Relax, the volcano is still Faithful.

When the Yellowstone Cauldera blows (and it is when, not if) we will have a moment to say, "What on earth was that?" and then we will be geology. It will happen very soon--geologically speaking--which probably means some time in the next 100,000 years.

I worry more about whether I can survive going to the store today. Winter is more likely to kill me than the cauldera.

When I worked at West Thumb in 1956, a Ranger-naturist told us that Yellowstone lake can blow at any time within in the next 20,000 years. At that time West Thumb had only a few dry fumurals with spots of warm water that made swimming in the icy cold lake very pleasant. After the 1959 Earthquake the whole area on that side of the lake had changed to increased thermal activities. I don't know if Pele is disturbed by tunneling. Maybe the fracking Wyoming in and Eastern Montana disturbs her.
