We are looking to dispose of our Christmas tree...it's very dry and would be good for firewood, or does the waste management do a pick up with regular trash day, or do we need to take it to the dump??

Not sure what Miles City Sanitation does, if they pick trees up at all, but you can also take them to Spotted Eagle Rec Area. Fish, Wildlife & Parks collects them each year to use in some of their habitat work. I think they sink them in the bottom of the lake there for the fish tou use as shelter, etc.

Call them for more info if need be - 234-0900.

FWP I asked them about fake trees as they would last longer and FWP said that it just has never been done.I said well lets do it,would be almost temporarily permanent but that was the end of it.But that was a couple of years ago. They put old ships in the water for fish I think a fake tree would not that big of a problem but I do not have a FWP job where I can make that call.
