There were dogs howling outside last night. It was too cold for them to be out without shelter. PLEASE...if there are dogs in your neighborhood out in this cold and you hear them howling...PLEASE do something about it!

My dogs refuse to go out even to use the bathroom....grr!! Too damn cold!
