Voyne and his family lived in Miles City in the 1980's-early 1990s. He worked as a school psychologist/counselor. Voyne molested an 11-year-old girl in front of her brother, pled guilty, and was convicted in Oregon.

"Bella", do you have some reason to believe this guy is in Miles City or visits Miles City on a regular basis?

My guess would be this is information for MC residents as this gentleman likely had unrestricted/unsupervised access to children whenever he lived here.

That would be strictly a guess on my part though.

If this is true then people may have seen him as a counselor. IF...anything happened and the victim did NOT report it perhaps now they will step forward.

I worked with Voyne until he and his family moved to Billings. The arrest was a shock to all of us who knew him. He related well with students and there was no hint of impropriety of his interactions with students. The incident was at a family reunion and was quite bizarre. I know he had visited in Miles City off and on . Since that one incident in Oregon over 15 years ago I had not heard that he had been arrested that he had any other problems with the law.
