I am looking for a hair dresser that does a great job with bleached, over-processed hair. Any ideas?

I have to recommend Rachel at New attitude salon... I don't have bleached hair and I am a guy but Rachel dose a outstanding job and she is a very professional young lady!!!

Jaci at Mystic Salon is good too.

Jose Eber is very good but quite spendy.
