I've been hearing stories of Rob Shipley's arrest etc. Does anyone know the facts?

Miles City Star wrote:Mayor Butch Grenz requested a temporary order of protection against Rob Shipley in 16th Judicial District Court Monday morning.
Also Monday morning, a trustee’s sale of property belonging to Rob Shipley that was scheduled for this morning has been postponed until Jan. 28.
No reason was given for the postponement.
Grenz cites stalking as the reason for his request.
“Mr. Shipley has caused me substantial emotional distress by harassing, threatening and intimidating me through electronic communication. ...” Grenz wrote on the document.
He included a few e-mails from Shipley in the petition for the order of protection. Some of the e-mails refer to public nuisance proceedings by the city against Shipley on his residence at 603 S. Fourth St. The home was also the focus of a public nuisance charge, for which Shipley was found guilty. He was given until Dec. 26 to clean up the property.
In the November, 2013 trial, Shipley was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $500. The jail time and $300 was suspended if he cleaned the yard.
Grenz requested Monday that Shipley be ordered to stay at least 1,500 feet from him, his home, City Hall and his businesses.
Grenz also requested Shipley get a psychological evaluation.
The order was signed by City Attorney Dan Rice on Jan. 8.
As for the trustee’s sale, Recontrust Company postponed today’s sale without stating a reason. The company handles the foreclosure process for lenders, and was handling the case for Bank of America.
The sale was to take place at the Custer County Courthouse. The sale was originally set for Nov. 30, 2012, but that date also was postponed.
According to a legal notice that appeared in the Miles City Star in 2012, the sale is the result of a default in the payment of a monthly installment that became due April 1 of 2012.
The notice said the lender is owed the unpaid principal balance of $65,051.29, along with the 7.75 percent interest, plus other fees and charges.
