I actually think quite a few people have read "Health Care Reform" by Jonathan Gruber. The author is the same one who helped write the Mass. law that is working quite well. He also helped write the ACA. A good book..an easy read. I know that I have loaned my books out.
It is also impressive that we have a Navigator here in Miles City that is very good at what she does in helping people who have questions.
