A drum circle is a gathering of people with conga drums, bongos and other percussion instruments who come together just to jam out. You can also hum, chant or sing along. No need for prior experience. it is just free form expression. Everyone takes cues from each other and it all just comes together. If you Google "Drum Circle" you will find lots of information.

Wow. I wish I lived closer, had the time to commit, or both. I used to make ceramic doumbeks. Still would if the opportunity came up via a school pottery studio or the like. I wish you well with this. As for the weed, it's not necessary. You'll get high if you're drumming right. Namaste.
That is correct, no need for drugs. I am hoping to find a few folks who are seriously interested. A few people on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon at one of the parks would be a good start.
