This poor girl has been wondering around N. Palmer and around KOA for 3-4 days. I've tried to get her to at least give her water.....with no luck. I've notified police. If anyone can help find owner of the gal who saves/ helps animals I'm sure this dog would be greatful as would I.

I have seen her as well, but not for a day or so. Is she still wondering around the same area?

Can someone describe this dog? There was a very large, kind of fuzzy looking black, possibly very dark gray, dog hanging out behind my house the middle of last week. It had gotten into my neighbors dumpster and made a huge mess.
