45-8-114 (Montana Statute) says you must yield the use of a party line if someone wants to use "the party line" for an emergency. Are there any party lines anymore?

Furthermore all phone books shall carry a copy of this statute (subsections 1,2,3,4) in their phone books. I see the Dex for Eastern Montana has this listed on Page one, but left out part of the requirement, but I don't see a penalty for this serious breach of the law.

I cannot find this legally required statute in the Range phone book.
(apparently both Dex and Range are breaking the law)

Anyone know the phone nr for Crimestoppers????
