i live on woodbury after the slew,i was out side and saw a little black dog(don't know what kind)with a thin red color i believe,he was headed toward tatro i believe(away from garfield school), this was about 5 mins ago or less!i hope the owner is found,i tried to get the puppy but he/she got sstartled....
