If you can avoid tearing the yolk, that sure works slick! I will have to try it next time I whip up a meringue.

Seriously? I couldn't understand a thing she was saying. If you're going to post tips at least make it so we can understand it. Now I'll never know how to separate the yolk from the white.

I just do the old fashion way of cracking egg and than rotating back and forth into crack shells and letting the whites fall back into a bowl.
