I'm always fascinated by lawmakers' need to discuss sex, especially publicly. It never ends well.
If we stopped worrying about who was doing what with whom among consensual adults, whether someone paid for doing it (well, but sugar daddies/mamas are okay), or any of the other myriad things with which we seem to be needlessly obsessed, perhaps our lawmakers would have the time necessary to work on the important issues, those that actually negatively impact our lives as a collective. Oh, and maybe then they'd have time to attend a science class or two. Win-win.

Do we really need another thread on this or any other subject? Wouldn't we be better served by simply posting into a single thread?

I, for one, am sending Rep. Aiken a contribution, to encourage him to keep running for the Senate. And if a hurricane hits Tampa on Monday, It's God telling the GOP they are wrong or not letting Aiken speak at their convention.

My God, how on earth can Tampa withstand all that hot air flying from all over the country to Tampa, plus the windy mess that is coming in the way of a hurricane at the same time...the wind speed of all of that combined would not be trackable IMO...

God intends to blow Biden out of the area as he has a campaign gaffe scheduled.

Biden will be close enough to Tampa

That's to bad, I could envision Biden spewing his profanity from the top of a lightpole much like Capt. Dan in the Forrest Gump movie.
Posted by (+1908) 10 years ago
You'll get plenty of that if you just watch the GOP convention GCC.
Posted by (-610) 10 years ago
Don't think we'll hear much profanity out of Romney or Ryan even if it is in those immortal words of Biden, "A big f'n deal".

An attendee at the Republican National Convention in Tampa on Tuesday allegedly threw nuts at a black camerawoman working for CNN and said "This is how we feed animals" before being removed from the convention, a network official confirmed.

Here is a link to Bob L.s information and what he said is true.

Sounds like ademocrat planttypical rank and file Republican.
There. Fixed your post.

I suppose whomever decided to run all those "Obama's going to give your money to the blahs" ads was a democratic plant as well?
Pretty sad when the only thing your party has left is racism and resentment.

Hey GCC - you procreateing tool - how did all those Democrat plants get in to start chanting "U-S-A" at the Puerto Rican delegation?

Must not be very good security at the RNC. Hundreds of Democrat plants have infiltrated it!

You're talking about the same people who think there was a conspiracy to elect is a foreign born Muslin. They're still pissed they weren't in on the plan.

In the interests of accuracy - if you watch the full video, it appears that the lady from Puerto Rico had the misfortune of appearing onstage just after some delegates of Crazy Uncle Liberty were being shouted down over their completely outrageous demands that the delegates they'd won under the duly constituted process be seated - the standard GOP response to a heckler is to chant USA, USA so that the hecklers can't be heard.
Which certainly isn't to say that the Republicans aren't horrific xenophobes - their legislative record regarding immigration speaks for itself.

Hey Gunnar I see you forgotten your manners again in typical libtard fashion, you should write speech's for Biden. After listening to Bidens race bating and Obamas constant class warfare I wouldn't put anything past the democrats, to bad for them that the public is starting to see through their campaign of fear and smear. I hope the heckler was identified and is investigated, if I am wrong I will admit it.

Atlanta-based CNN said the employee was inside the Tampa Bay Times Forum on Tuesday night covering the convention when the two attendees began throwing nuts and saying, "This is how we feed animals."
The cable news network said multiple witnesses saw the exchange, and RNC security and police immediately stepped in.
In a statement, convention spokesman Kyle Downey said the two conventioneers "exhibited deplorable behavior. Their conduct was inexcusable and unacceptable. This kind of behavior will not be tolerated."
Hmmmm. I guess GCC was wrong. What a surprise!
