Freight rates (air & sea) took a big jump this spring too. Milk will set you back $10.50 a gallon. Between energy & freight costs, it's getting spendy out here.

Didn't you hear, Hal? Beetle kill and bear have been discovered just outside of the city limits. There are no restrictions on the number of chickens or dogs per household and it is to far for the Mohados to traverse. Wal-Mart is only a half day drive. It is a Gringo's dream. Fear driven Americans should be flocking to King Salmon in droves.
