Do you guys think it is better to leave your grass a little longer when it's hot out or short or does it really matter? I like the look of it when it's cut kinda short but seems like I have to water it alot to keep it that way. When it's longer, I was wondering if it would look greener longer with less water? Just a thought. What do you people think is best for your lawn?

I'd leave it longer. It gives the plant more photosynthetic material to work with and thus it won't spend as much energy trying to regrow. It also helps shade the ground which will help with evaporation.

Leave it long and water longer, but less frequently during the coolest hours of night. 3 to 5 am if you have a timer.

I like it longer cause it easier to roll.

Leave it longer than usually. Try mowing the lawn every 10-15 days. Water each section 3 tmes your normal run time. This will help your roots grow down deeper. Also make sure you check and sharpen your lawn mower blades
