Perhaps a medical malpractice attorney could give an answer to that as sometimes there are lawsuits for that very thing from multiple parties that you can join...the cost for that sort of thing is usually nothing unless you win...

Social Security Disability for hearing loss might be available to you. An attorney specializing in Social Security disability benefits can answer your questions and give you your options.

The VA grants hearing disability and hearing aids based on hearing loss due to massive amounts of anti-inflammatories.

You're welcome to call Curt Whicker (my husband) at Holy Rosary at 233-4327. He is an audiologist and he's very kind. He works with many people who are very limited incomes, and he will do whatever he can to help you.

Incidentally, we have a deaf daughter who lost her hearing due to antibiotics. It's a tragic things, but be assured, there is help!

is it right to not get help for hearing loss,

We understand your pain, assuming that you are Republican, and despise trial lawyers.

But its all right to sue if malpractice has been committed. We still have a constitution in place, despite what a vocal group of uninformed citizens may think.
