take last two numbers of your birth year and your current age and add them together and you will get either 112 or 111....Why is this true...(Serious question as I don't know, LOL)

Next year it'll be 112 or 113. Your birth year + your age = the current year - 1900.

For those born in the 2000s, take your age, plus your birth year and it'll equal 11 or 12. Those born in the 1800s are dead by now.

Because if you add 1900 on to your birthyear (instead of tossing the 19 away), you'll get either 2011 or 2012.

Haha. My math for the kids was bad. They'll end up with 2011 or 2012, too. Of course, they'll have bigger things to worry about if they're reading this.
