Again it? I guess "st" is too hard to pronounce. I love Christians who use The Holy Bible as The Holy Hate Manual.
Jeri, you asked if there were degrees of abominations. Well this should go without saying, as there are degrees of crimes. 1st degree, 2nd degree etc. There are plenty of references to crimes or abominations being met with their suitable punishments in the good book. Likewise there are plenty of nowadays exmples of different punishments for different crimes. We even have sayings to the effect of let the punishment fit the crime. Certainly a crime as high as Sodomy and Homosexuality are very high on the list, or they would not have been the reason for the destruction of an entire city such as Sodom and gomorra. It is wrong, and only morally bad people would attempt to justify it. If you allow homosexuals in your town, than God will judge you as them, the same.
Jude 1:7 just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them, since they in the same way as these indulged in gross immorality and went after strange flesh, are exhibited as an [b] example in undergoing the punishment of eternal fire.

Richard this arguement can only be resolved when you realize the ends of the ideals that you and yours are proposing end with one world economic systems, one race (ethnic group), and one religion

Furthermore there is a book that described all of this, for all the world will come against the decendants of Abraham (isrealites), then he will return.

And we know from other cases that sexual perverseness leads to more and more extreme sexual frustration. These are the kinds of people that tortured frogs and lizards as kids, and should not be given the same benenfit as those with real medical testosterone or estogene troubles.
I hope we can find some type of medical help for people with sexual genetic problems, but the "by choice perverts" can go to the fenced in island.
Let us not forget that statistics show that a large portion of serial killers and violent offender started out with sexual orientation issues.
There is no reason to remain so ignorant.
And I don't fear their lifestyle, I hope their happy, I just don't want to propagate the immorality of their lifestyle towards the younger generations.
The "younger generation" DOESN'T GIVE A POOP ABOUT YOUR STUPID CULTURE WARS. They don't care about gay marriage, they don't care about miscegenation - they've moved on.

If you choose to side with Lucifer and sexual deviate personallities, then have at it. But to use the name of my town as your spring board to an audience is similar to hiding behind something, or useing something to propell your BS opinions. God is good all the time, All the time God is good!
Life is too short to waste your days being angry at people in the past.

Ain't no homo gonna make it to heaven. Now there are some young men being raised non politically correct, but very morally correct. I will take Moral correctness over Political correctness any day, as would most heterosexual men and women in America. Just because your liberal views are predominant here in cyber space, does not mean your ideals hold any water in the real world. Once again "not even a speed bump for the conservative christians of this town". God is good "all the time" All the time "God is good".
I advocate segregation so that hate does not eventually take shape and control of each faction, doing away with the middle ground of segregation.
milescity wrote:{Do you seriously believe that God will judge someone for loving a person of the same sex, but not judge you for hating someone you have never met?}
I don't think love can exist between 2 people of the same sex, unless there exist a serious medical condition. So no, God will not judge those with medical problems (except in a positive light), but those "part time this" and "part time that" (bi-seuals) will be judged harshly since they had a conscious choice to make and chose wrongly.
Furthermore, I do not hate anyone, I advocate segregation from people of liberals lifestyles, not war with them. This is where your kind always muddy the waters between intergartion, segregation, and war to provide complete separation. The middle ground to a social issue will always be segregation. While the extreme left will be intergration, and the extreme right will be war for forced separation.

1Then David fled from Naioth at Ramah and went to Jonathan and asked, "What have I done? What is my crime? How have I wronged your father, that he is trying to kill me?"
2 "Never!" Jonathan replied. "You are not going to die! Look, my father doesn't do anything, great or small, without letting me know. Why would he hide this from me? It isn't so!"
3 But David took an oath and said, "Your father knows very well that I have found favor in your eyes, and he has said to himself, `Jonathan must not know this or he will be grieved.' Yet as surely as the Lord lives and as you live, there is only a step between me and death."
4 Jonathan said to David, "Whatever you want me to do, I'll do for you."
5 So David said, "Look, tomorrow is the New Moon feast, and I am supposed to dine with the king; but let me go and hide in the field until the evening of the day after tomorrow. 6 If your father misses me at all, tell him, `David earnestly asked my permission to hurry to Bethlehem, his hometown, because an annual sacrifice is being made there for his whole clan.' 7 If he says, `Very well,' then your servant is safe. But if he loses his temper, you can be sure that he is determined to harm me. 8 As for you, show kindness to your servant, for you have brought him into a covenant with you before the Lord. If I am guilty, then kill me yourself! Why hand me over to your father?"
9 "Never!" Jonathan said. "If I had the least inkling that my father was determined to harm you, wouldn't I tell you?"
10 David asked, "Who will tell me if your father answers you harshly?"
11 "Come," Jonathan said, "let's go out into the field." So they went there together.
12 Then Jonathan said to David, "I swear by the Lord, the God of Israel, that I will surely sound out my father by this time the day after tomorrow! If he is favorably disposed toward you, will I not send you word and let you know? 13 But if my father intends to harm you, may the Lord deal with Jonathan, be it ever so severely, if I do not let you know and send you away in peace. May the Lord be with you as he has been with my father. 14 But show me unfailing kindness like the Lord's kindness as long as I live, so that I may not be killed, 15 and do not ever cut off your kindness from my family -not even when the Lord has cut off every one of David's enemies from the face of the earth."
16 So Jonathan made a covenant with the house of David, saying, "May the Lord call David's enemies to account. " 17 And Jonathan had David reaffirm his oath out of love for him, because he loved him as he loved himself.
So my conclusion is that attempting to have a rational discussion with you, milescity, is like playing chess with a pigeon; you knock over all of the pieces, poop on the board, and strut around like you won the game.
milescity wrote:Richard are you really so dumb as to not be able to differentiate between the Love (comrodery) between two friends, and Love (marriage)with a physical component. You seem like the type to think if someone is your friend, they should prove it by helping you get your rocks off. Really, this is a sick comparison you are making. I like all of my friends, but my physical show of emotions are relegated to the ones I love in that way, and this mannerism is not possible amoungst people of the same sex(without a seriouse medical condition). I love a few friends for being there when I needed them, but I am not going to stick my tongue in their mouth as a show of gratitude. Get right! you left!
"Saul and Jonathan, beloved and lovely!
In life and in death they were not divided;
they were swifter than eagles,
they were stronger than lions.
How the mighty have fallen in the midst of battle!
Jonathan lies slain upon your high places.
I am distressed for you my brother Jonathan;
Greatly beloved were you to me;
your love to me was wonderful, passing the love of women."

Psychology was one of the first disciplines to study homosexuality as a discrete phenomenon. Prior to and throughout most of the 20th century, common standard psychology viewed homosexuality in terms of pathological models as a mental illness. That classification began to be subjected to critical scrutiny in the research, which consistently failed to produce any empirical or scientific basis for regarding homosexuality as a disorder or abnormality. As a result of such accumulated research, professionals in medicine, mental health, and the behavioral and social sciences, opposing the classification of homosexuality as a mental disorder, claimed the conclusion that it was inaccurate, and that the DSM classification reflected untested assumptions that were based on once-prevalent social norms and clinical impressions from unrepresentative samples which consisted of patients seeking therapy and individuals whose conduct brought them into the criminal justice system.[1]
Since the 1970s, the consensus of the behavioral and social sciences and the health and mental health professions globally is that homosexuality is a normal variation of human sexual orientation, while there remain those who maintain that it is a disorder.[2] In 1973, the American Psychiatric Association declassified homosexuality as a mental disorder. The American Psychological Association Council of Representatives followed in 1975.[3] Thereafter other major mental health organizations followed and it was finally declassified by the World Health Organization in 1990. Consequently, while some still believe homosexuality is a mental disorder, the current research and clinical literature demonstrate that same-sex sexual and romantic attractions, feelings, and behaviors are normal and positive variations of human sexuality, reflecting the official positions of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Psychological Association.
