Does anyone know what will be built out at southgate? There's a large area, looks like they are getting ready to build on.

Or new housing.

It's going to be a swamp gas plasma ball collector dish to terraform the Earth so the new aliens from Alpha Flatulette can take over our planet and make us all succomb to their gaseous way of life and make us all eat Bush's Pork & Beans.

I, for one, am very curious about the engineering design of the foundation of this structure. The soil in Southgate is NOT suitable for a multi-story structure without some sort of tensioned foundation. I'd like to know more about the design plan.

It will be a 1245ft diameter semi circular disc shaped object with 14 micro-sphincter acceptance valves to accept the swamp gas plasma balls. The receiver disc will be set in the ground so as not to disturb the beautiful landscaping already in place. There is no need for a foundation as we know it.

This just in by green air flatulette express......they decided not to go ahead with the plans for a disc but instead they are selling the land in 1 acre parcels at $1.50 per square foot. Kinda smells rank to me.

Don't know what is going up but know there will be a swimming pool on Ponderosa when it rains because of the way the land has been sloped unless they have a drainage system put in.
