Whipp is semi-retired and I'm not sure his establishment is open regular hours yet. It is across from Riverside Park and the Olive Hotel, which seems like a great location for getting the tourists. I hope he is open by the middle of May!

I had Harvey frame a print for me. He made some great recommendations that ended up making a $17.00 print look like an expensive piece of art; and I felt he was very reasonable on the price. Plus he has a lot of interesting pictures and artifacts to look at while you're in his store.

I hope he's open the week of May 21 because that's the week of my bucket-list trip to Miles City to look for family photos and the property that was once known as Whitney's "31-Mile Ranch." Grandfather L. J. Whitney was a County Commissioner alongside L.A. Huffman in the late 1880s and I'm hoping a portrait of that group has survived.
