Listening Session
Posted by MOP (+4) 11 years ago
The Montana Organizing Project is hosting a listening session at Miles City United Christian Church 1006 South Strevell. It will be Wednesday May 18th at 5:30 PM. Refreshments will be served.

This listening session is an opportunity to talk about the issues and concerns that affect us as Montanans and to help guide Montana Organizing Project what they take on as a state wide organization.

The Montana Organizing Project (MOP) is a collaboration of diverse community, civic, labor and faith groups and community members who have come together to form an organization. We actively work for economic, racial and social justice, promoting the dignity and empowerment of people with low and middle incomes whose voices have not been heard in their communities.

What We Do:

- Build relationships among faith organizations, unions & nonprofit groups.
- Expand the consortium of leadership by reaching deep within member organizations to identify and train new leaders.
- Bring a diverse group of people together to work for economic, racial and social justice in Montana
