Never dreamed of the day when the old Section 1 horse pasture would have phone service or the internet. With all the rain, you are going to be horseback from the Wolf Creek road for the next week to even get to the property. The fracking starts in two weeks.

At least it's not Sundial....

Actually, it was part of Sundial. It's not too far from the lot that was sold to the guy from N. Carolina who was told there was water within 10 feet of the surface (there is, but it will eat the galvanizing off a metal bucket) and that he could raise carrots and thoroughbred horses on his 40 acres.

sad...Our 640 acres in Stacy, we drilled a new well and were fortunate enough to get fabulous water within 180 ft down at approx. 10 gallons a minute...water is so very important...particularly for livestock IMO...

Have you seen the land? Just interested because we have a nice spring here and the summer everything is pretty dry and the winters can be cold and this winter we had a great deal of snow. Hope there are roads and good water on the place. I know of many places they haul there water.

I think George is going to learn how to live in Montana shortly. Good for him though.

Hope there are roads and good water on the place.

The good water is about 800 feet down.

Yes, Kay is right....most folks are a tad slower and of the "aw shucks" variety, than these commie lib posters on this site. Certainly most folks who don't post here are much stupider than the regular posters, or else who can explain how the 2011 legislature ever got elected? 'Twasn't the dadgum lefties who lurk here.

Welcome to the big city.

For internet, if Midrivers can't reach, they offer Wildblue... For water, Askin Well Drilling, and Askin Well Repair.
