I am would like to buy half a cow or quarter. Can someone point me in the right direction. (Not the grocery stores)

You can go out to Quality Meats of MT 232-0689 and buy a half beef, they do an awesome job!

Might not want to ask for half a cow. Old cows = hamburger. Young steers = good beef. Just sayin

Call me if you like, I sell about 20 a year that we grow up and finish. We are in Miles City, and we sell full, 1/2, 1/4, or even just steak's, hamburger, or roast by the pound.

I know Bill Tramp sells Highland beef. Not only are they the cutest cows around, they are tasty critters.
