I am wondering if anyone out there has any information on the Shape Up Montana kick-off that is planned for Jan. 30th? I know it is at the Holy Rosary Hospital but am unsure of what time. If anyone out there can fill me in that woudl be great, my team wants to participate!!!!!

It starts with a health fair also at Holy Rosary at 1 PM. Then the walk, very informal, your own pace, your own distance, all for fun and to spread some healthy information.
