Salvation Army Bell Ringer needed
Posted by Adrian Hostman (+14) 12 years ago
I am writing on behalf of the local Salvation Army Board. As we approach the holiday season perhaps it wouldn't be the same if you don't see the famous bell ringing that the Salvation Army does. We are seeking volunteers to assist with our efforts this year. Bell ringing can be a great service to our community as all funds raised stay at the local level.

Salvation Army assists those in their time of need, whether it be with emergency shelter, food, transportation, kids campership tuition, or medication prescriptions. Salvation Army also sponsors an annual kids clothes shopping day with the assistance of LP Anderson grant.

If you are interested in volunteering for bell ringing this year please contact Nikki at 951-2977 or 234-8684.

If you are interested in donating to the Salvation Army you may send donations to Salvation Army Miles City Unit, PO Box 1202, Miles City, MT 59301.

Thank you,

Nikki Wheeler

Contact the local FFA Chapter or Key Club. Call the high school and they can connect you with advisor for these organizations.

great way to start off the Christmas Season ~ people have memories of hearing those bells. I encourage people to give a few hours if you can, we had a great time and will do it again before the holiday season is over. Our 7th grade son had a blast smiling at people and telling them Merry Christmas. TY Nikki for heading this up!
